Waited in drive through for literally an hour and you cannot exit the line as there are curbs on both sides so you are stuck. This location is usually slow but this is unacceptable. Will not be back.

Great people that work here. Kind and understanding. Willing to correct their mistake and take the time to apologize and explain. They have a hard job and it showed that they really care about their customers. Will revisit.

Our was not made correctly. We did not get the cinnamon twists that came with both boxes, the steak rolled quesadilla was made with spicy ranch even tho we ordered it without it, and the chaulpa had sour and tomatoes on it, and we didn't get our two cinnamon twist. When we had politely asked them to remake it they made the rolled quesadilla right, but the chulapa still had tomatoes and we still didn't get our cinnamon twist we had to ask again. This does not meet Indus standards. I will say the one lady working was leaving and was very helpful towards fixing our food, and we are very appreciative of that.

Sat in the drive thru for quite a while, they said they were short staffed but there was multiple people standing around inside. Place my order and had to repeat myself multiple times. Get home and its missing multiple things, then it looks like someone stomped on the food I actually got.

The only reason I keep coming is because its literally 5 mins from my house. But evertime I order theres something missing, I dont understand I have to check then when I let the person know they dont say anything just walk away and come back with my missing item. Sorry you forgot something I paid for and interrupted your flow. Then if I go through the drive thru they're rushing for me to get out the way. Today I got a quick dinner since I got off from work, literally 2 soft tacos, 2 empanadas and chips with queso & mild sauce. I got like 4 handful of mixed sauces & like 6 forks I dont know why, I was missing 1 empanada and the chips that go with my queso. I'm not going back

My first EVER Google review. Took 90 minutes for my food, and received no apologies throughout the waiting. Trauma bonded with fellow customers waiting the same amount of time, as they were bringing out my food they had the gall to tell the other customers to wait outside for their food as the lobby was closed. Unbelievable, worst fast food experience of my life. They don’t even deserve the 1 star it takes to write this review. Those fellow customers were real ones though I’ll always remember you<3

Barely any chicken in my hard as hell crusty Chalupa shell! Seriously, two tiny pieces and no tomatoes (was supposed to be a supreme one)! If I never eat there again it'll be too soon! I'll make my own at home!

The service is absolutely terrible, you will be waiting at least a half hour for your food. Tried giving them a second chance and the same service. To be fair they are short staffed.. always seems like they care about the drive thru more than the people in the dining room. They only ever have 2 workers on i swear.. please hire more staff to help these guys out!!!

I stopped in at this Taco Bell today to grab a quick burrito. I gave my order directly to the clerk at 12:05. I watched customers after me receiving orders and departing and the ones served before me departing. Finally at 12:25 I asked why I had not received my order. The person said she’d check. About 4 minutes later I was handed a bag with my order. No ‘I’m so sorry this was delayed’ or explanation as to why it took so long for my order. I’m not a complainer but an apology would have been more than appropriate! Poor customer service here for sure.
