Joan's Cones is a seasonal ice cream stand, which is located next door to Quack's Village Inn. They offer soft serve (vanilla & chocolate) and hard scoop ice cream (12 flavors) in cones, dishes, dips, sundaes, flurries, milkshakes and pup pops (small vanilla with 2 milkbones), woof!!! I stopped by recently for ice cream on a hot day. The hours were very limited, but I waited around for them to open at 3pm on a Friday afternoon.
