Owner doesn’t know what he’s doing at all very rude Buccis use to be my favorite all time spot but the owner is just ruining the place everyone that I mostly knew as a regular isn’t even there anymore they hate it

the name bucci brothers should not be in the tittle at all , they dont even come close , the new owners of this place really took a turn for the worst , very rude , food is terrible , i would avoid this place. its a shame that a lot of business's in the area would go to buccis but now another deli has to be found .

They do not make fresh mozzarella every day it’s delivered so it’s not fresh the back of the store is filthy and they are rude to customers

It is an absolute shame that new ownership is solely going to ruin this deli. I've been a lifelong customer here and have had nothing but amazing experiences in the pastdating back to their previous store location. You always felt welcomed and comfortable walking in the door. It is nothing like it used to be the service is horrible, you're greeted with attitude its actually shocking. What a turn ofevents it has been there recently. You sit in front of the counter aimlessly trying to order for a minimum of 15 mins followed up by another 15 mins for them to wonder around and be annoyed that you ordered a sandwich.Another 15 mins just to pay for the order that they most likely haven't even started yet so guess what wait some more.They actually get mad at you if you try to call in a pickup order for a sandwich…i have never been so confused in my life to think that calling in your order before arriving would cause such a turmoil for them when it should make operations run smoother. It is actually sosad to see this place going downhill. There is not a shot i will ever be back here. I have heard and know of countless stories of unruly interactions that have occurred over the past year. If you want to walk in and feel uncomfortable and be treated as if you are doing a disservice by ordering something than by all means speak to the new owner if youw ant guys got a foul mouth and ask him why all of a sudden the breads stale and the chicken is chewy

Idk why i keep going back when sandwich is wrong nearly every time... ordered Amazin on a wedge with mozzarella cheese. Get wrong cheese, raw bacon, and no Russian dressing on it... service has really declined over the years. I used to go here weekly now im just disappointed a few times a year.
