I remember my experience here last time as being much better. This time, not so much, so far. The fact that I'm able to write this review while sitting here should in a way speak for itself. Service - meh. Not impressed. The menu is satisfactory at best. Wine tasted like the bottle had been open for days. Male waiter with shaved head and glasses needs to learn how to develop his personality and service skills a bit more. His awareness of customer wait time is subpar. Didn't seem too bothered or able to read our body language when taking our food order after having waited who knows how long to see him again. Hopefully the food will present some sort of redemption. To be continued.

We went there for brunch and everything was so delicious! Mussels and fig & goat cheese crostini to start were amazing. And then a bacon egg cheese pizza on the best dough ever! I like thin, this was thin and so for me cooked perfectly. Our server was so pleasant and she knew the menu items very well. For $35...2 courses with bottomless mimosas, and great food and service? I cant wait to go back!

Dish Is definitely a hidden gem in Mahopac. Been there a couple of times and each time is even better than the last. We had their specialty pizzas and they were exceptional. Indulged in their ricotta pie for dessert.....words cannot describe the decadence of it. The owner/chef Peter Milano is a culinary genius. Awesome menu and seasonal varieties. Thanks for a delicious meal.

Very fun time with family & friends, enjoyed the Ramen takeovers they had on Monday's! Totally different from the normal Dish menu but made sense & was nice to change things up at a great location we are already familiar with.

First time here. Place is clean and inviting. Great ambiance... had a few appetizers and a salad that tasted good and fresh... I'm a former bartender and very picky when it comes my cocktails. I've asked The bartender Mike, to make two different cocktails that are NOT on the menu and he nailed it!!! It's rare that I'm not asking to fix a drink but this guy is a master of his craft! I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant used to be 4 Stars but after tonight I will never go back. Food quality not good and over priced. Paul the waiter didn't tell us they were out of The only fish dish they have on the menu until we ordered it. No bread offered just a small cup of over salted popcorn before dinner. I must not be the only one feeling this because the restaurant was empty for a Saturday night.
I'm sorry to say that I'm over this place. Since writing my previous review I've gone back to Dish and the service/food wait time has gone down hill. Recently after a long day, my husband and I starving, just wanted a solid meal so we chose to go to Dish. Flash forward to two hours after sitting down and we still hadn't received the appetizers we ordered but watched a party of 4 who came in after us enjoy all their courses. I'm not really sure if it was the kitchen or server. The server seemed annoyed with us when we did ask where our food was but also as equally frustrated (?). By the time we got our mains we'd been sitting at a table for 3 hours with no one even refilling our water let alone asking if wanted another round of drinks. The food when we finally got it was still good. The sad part of all of this is I should have known better because this is the 3rd time that this has happened to us since posting my review but I just keep going back hoping it will get better - it doesn't. Dish, I so desperately love your food so please get your act together!

I was there for a special night, recently, when the restaurant website said it was open until 10. A jazz trio was playing the standards with great verve. We'd arrived at 7.45. By 8.45, we were enjoying the music and our meal. And then the Dish staff began to close up for the night. Our waitress was busy sweeping the floor, right up to the next table over. While we were eating. That's not the way you treat your customers looking to have a special night out.
