I visited the drive-thru at the Mahopac location on 8/15 and placed an order that included egg bites. When I checked my bag before leaving, I noticed they were missing. I let the employee know, and she told me they weren’t in the system. I explained that I did want them, but she said I would need to either drive around and wait in line again or come inside the store.
I am 34 weeks pregnant and had my 2-year-old in the car, so I expressed how difficult it would be to either drive around and wait again or get my toddler out of the car. Instead of finding a solution, she repeated that I could not wait there. I ultimately said “forget it” and drove off without the food I ordered.
This experience was frustrating, especially as a pregnant mother with a small child. A bit of understanding and customer care — such as offering to bring the item out — would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve service and consideration for customers in similar situations.

Save money and waste time here. Drive thru was busy so I went inside. I thought it would of been easier boy was I wrong. I was ignored and its not like it was busy inside. I ordered one thing and their computer froze. Instead of the guy using the other register next to him he uses the one at the drive thru. A girl coworker walked over to the drive thru register and start pressing buttons. Everything got screwed up so l decided to cancel my order. I tried to give them some business and this is how they treat their customers. I would rather travel a million miles then go to this place.

Can't go through the drive through because they'll always miss something. Can't order more than 5 hash Browns, or they'll all start looking at each other, some will just throw your donuts together so they stick. I rolling smart remarks and inside jokes to each other. Not professional in front of customer.

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been, and I've been to hundreds of locations throughout my lifetime. They're consistently extremely slow, regardless of day or time. I put my order in 15 minutes ahead of time using the app, and when I get there, I still wait another 5 to 10 minutes for ONE coffee drink. I just went to the drive through a short while ago and waited so long, I turned my car off, and there was NO ONE ELSE in the drive thru lane. This location needs some serious help, it's obviously being mismanaged. This has been an on-going issue for the last couple of years.

The service for making the sandwiches is really awful. They gave me a burned croissant cheese and sausage sandwich. Even took a while to receive it. Serving coffee and other beverages are somewhat fast. The restrooms are dirty.

Been coming to this Dunkin for years, a regular, known the second I walked in. Since the owner/manager change a few months ago, I have been unimpressed. New workers are rude, not attentive, slow customer service and they get orders wrong 6 times out of 10. Even had one worker holding up my order and saying to another that it was absolutely disgusting and going on about my order.. You're here to make my coffee not judge it.
I'm on the verge of not going here anymore. Bring Toni and the other workers back.
