Quick good place for a snack or coffee. The crew is nice and efficient.Not a fan of the panhandling outside but that's not Dunkin fault.Parking: Tight quarters .. drive careful. People drive in a stupid manner in this small lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes disability parking available in front of the store

Staff this morning (9/1/23) had me waiting 10 MINUTES! at the drive-thru window after I placed a mobile order ahead of time. I was asked three times what I ordered and then after another few minutes was asked why I was still waiting. Unacceptable.
I would have given higher scores but I waited for my food a long time. When I asked the woman preparing food about my order, she gave me an attitude and said she had put it on the counter on the pickup rack. She never called my number to let me know. So I wasted 10 minutes waiting for

I was waiting on my donuts for a long time and then when I was asked what I was waiting on the lady gave me a hard time when I told her two donuts, when she got the donuts for me she threw the bag at me.

I ordered a L iced machiatto and they basically gave me a cup of cream with what looked like half a shot of espresso. When i asked for more coffee they rolled their eyes at me and said “are you kidding me? this is how its made”. This was not my first time ordering a machiatto from a dunkin donuts, i know how its supposed to look and taste. Im not sure if they dont have enough coffee in the store or what the issue is, i pay $6 for a Machiatto i dont want to be drinking a tall glass of cream, so ridiculous
