We chose My Cousin's for Mom's surprise 90th Birthday party and I can't rave enough about the professionalism, the Food, and the attention to detail!We met with Alyssa initially in December and she was a delightful pleasure to work with. Subsequent meetings and conversations were equally productive.The day of, Alyssa and David were both on hand assuring that this celebration moved forward like a precision time piece.Additionally! A huge thank you to Mary for her outstanding professionalism and customer care. And lastly the back of house for a delicious meal!
The food here was great. Pork chops aren't typically my favorite, but the Smothered Pork Chop here was amazing. I also really enjoyed the tuna sashimi.

This was my 3rd time here & my only critique was I believe our waitress was new because she forgot to ask us about ordering drinks & never came to see how our meal was. HOWEVER! We didn’t need anyone to ask… because it was PHENOMENAL! I had the Parmesan crusted Chilean Sea Bass special, which was by far the most amazing sea bass I’ve ever had! It was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked in the most delicious garlic butter sauce! I was lapping it up with the bread after. Finished the meal with a decadent espresso martini & perfect crème brûlée. Going back tomorrow - praying they didn’t sell out of the the sea bass! ????❤️ The manager, David, was so attentive & personable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Our favorite local restaurant. Food is top quality, we especially enjoy the cauliflower patties, eggplant bruscetta and the mussels and clams appetizers. Terrific Ceasar salad. Great pastas. And top marks for the smothered pork chops!

The food we had at My Cousin’s was subpar. The mussels and clams appetizer we had was too salty and a lot of mussels we opened were empty and some had sand. The filet mignon my wife had was ok. The rack of lamb I had was over cooked. Probably won’t be back alot of other options in Mahopac.

We have been here multiple time and it never disappoints. My boyfriend will not order anything but the pork chop. Had the special of lobster ravioli and it was amazing. Great atmosphere, service and food.

Great and varied menu! Lots of GF and vegetarian options and meat lovers will love the cuts of beef. Our drinks were spectacular with muddled berries and syrups made on site! We're coming back as we didn't even take the appetizers and pasta side of the menu!

Extensive and creative menu with something for everyone: salads, fish, beef, chicken, pork, & pasta. Our appetizers (meatballs, cauliflower pancakes, & fried zucchini sticks with siracha aoli were excellent. The pasta is fresh & there are many sauce options. Burgers & fresh cut fries were yummy. Bonus is the handcrafted cocktails. The waitstaff & owner are very attentive. We will be back!Vegetarian options: Wonderful selection of salads & pastas

We went to dinner with friends and was very disappointed. My dinner “sis’s” favorite lacked taste because there was too much lemon flavor and I love lemon. The hamburger that was ordered as “medium” came as rare. The pasta dish with seafood was not up to par and my friend could not eat it. It was a dish he had ordered many times at other restaurants. The pork chop was okay but nothing special. We were all looking forward to dining there because of the recommendations from others. It was very pricy and we expected “top of the line food”.
