Second time here and it does not disappoint! The summer rolls with shrimp are always one of my faves and theirs are delish. The lemongrass Pho is so yummy! Will keep coming back. The service is quick and atmosphere is inviting. Definitely a winner!
The pho broth is bland and probably missing some or all of these spices “star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, coriander seeds, and cardamom pods”
Next and most important is they should leave the fat on the brisket. No one wants to eat that dry, tough brisket. Slice them thin with the fat on it. Why would you even remove the fat ?

First of all ,any time a restaurant makes a small mistake and owns up to it quickly. I'm a big fan ,they not only have excellent service but great authentic Vietnamese food as well.
