I have to give an A+ to most of the characteristics of this restaurant. First the food is amazing. I had the shrimp cocktail with a nice spicy tartar sauce. Every bite of the high quality steak was wonderful. I decided to have an after dinner drink, absinthe, which you can't find everywhere, that I like with the mixer slowly dripped in until it forms a perfect cloudy louche. They did it, even though their preference is to serve it neat. You do pay for the quality. They even put a candle in the dessert, as this was a birthday dinner! The ambiance is nice. I think it could be improved, somehow by separating the entry way from the main restaurant, you felt a breeze and were disturbed each time a new group arrived. But if you like steak, this is a must visit.

Have to give a shout out to Prime 957..we went tonight for the 1st time and it was an absolutely delicious meal. Great, friendly service too. From the fresh oysters, beet salad and the gator appetizer to an amazing chicken , pasta special, catfish, drybrub buffalo wings.. all fantastic.

Last night was our first time dining at Prime 957...and it definitely won't be our last! We ordered the special, which was the dry aged 40 oz. Rib eye, and it came with 3 sides. Mashed potatoes, mushrooms and onions, and brussel sprouts with bacon. We swapped out the mushrooms and onions for creamed spinach. Everything was amazing!! The steak was cooked to perfection!! We were so impressed! The staff and owner were so great as well. Can't wait to return!

Just had a great meal here. Server was very professional and knowledgeable. Owner greeted us and checked on us multiple times. But extremely quiet for a Saturday night, which was odd. Maybe because they are new or maybe we missed something. Overall we enjoyed it.
