I went today to the café with the outside coffee and politely asked for a splash half-and-half. The young waiter said yes go ahead use it then the owner came and reprimanded me aggressively that I not supposed to do that. I apologize, but she was extremely mad And made me pay $.50 for it !!!’ So if you don’t want customers to use you half-and-half train your stuff to tell them no u cant! So the customer will respect that The owner appeared to be very rude to the customer and obnoxious.and cheep !!! I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Great place. I’ve been coming here since I moved to NY in 2017. Atmosphere is cozy, the food and coffee are good, and the staff is friendly. It’s also a great place to visit for break if you’re in to bike riding. The rail trail is right behind this cafe and is just a quick detour off the path.

I went for the first time today with my dog and the staff was beyond lovely, the atmosphere of the restaurant is so cozy and quaint. Each time they came outside, they brought a little treat for my dog and gave her scratches. Food was amazing, and the seasonade was so refreshing and freshly made. Can’t wait to go back.

Love the cozy vibe that the cafe gives off. Comfortable seating areas and books. The food is delicious. The BLTA is awesome. Banana bread. Croissant French toast. So many yummy items on the menu. It’s a place where everyone makes you feel welcome, if they don’t know your name they will before you leave.

We wanted to try a different breakfast place and we were going to be in the area so we googled and this place popped up so we decided to try it. There is parking on the facility. Once inside we were seated immediately and able to sit wherever we want it. It's a pretty spacious place they have indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered some lattes and they were good and I ordered the croissant French toast and a wrap and everything was tasty. I would recommend.
Over priced! The places smell bad. Its very dark, dirty and disgusting. Kitchen looks unsanitized very small. Owner is very nasty, rude and greedy. Don't waste your money there. It's much better places and less expensive.

So good we order takeout whenever we can’t be there in person! Bags come with inspirational quotes- lovely touch. Cafe atmosphere is always welcoming with indoor & outdoor seating and great staff! French toast is worth cheating on your diet!

I have been going to the freight house for years and always have a wonderful experience. It’s one of my favorite spots in town. Donna (owner) is usually always present and assures quality service food and atmosphere. I love Donnas dads chili as well as one of my staple orders, a mushroom onion Gouda omelette. The ketchup is home made! Love the vibe and decor inside too ! I often don’t have the time to but can sit here for hours!
