This past Saturday I ordered for delivery lasagna and a buffalo chicken salad. The salad wasn't like its been in previous orders this time it didn't have the normal heat, the chicken was replaced with beef with few chicken pieces, and instead of a packet of ranch dressing it was on the salad. I order from here alot. They have really good pizza and strombolis
Ordered once & food was great. Tried to place a $60 order tonight only to be put on hold, which is fine but after 2 1/2 minutes of giggling and small talk on their end I hung up and called back to be asked to go on hold again. Which I told her no because I just called to be put on hold, and she snapped at me and said she was ringing people out. So I said nevermind and I won't call back.
This was almost 10pm so wasn't during a dinner rush either.
