Did an online order. Stood inside for almost an hour watching them stand around. Not a single person was there. I waited so long just to see if they were going to make my order. I went up and said something. They then made my order. I live over an hour away, because I was just so upset that they could even apologize I wasn't even thinking to check the bag got home. The counter service employees are good, friendly people. The exterior and interior is clean, plenty of seating. The soda fountain area was a wet. Always seems to be a problem over there. Disappointed no unsweetened ice tea anymore. Pot pies are delicious. Bathroom dingy needs deep cleaning.

Every time I get any type of chicken / french fries here they are always dry and hard. It's depressing. I just got one of the new potato bowls the other day, and everything was dry but the potatoes / cheese / bacon. Plus, the staff could be friendlier in my opinion, they seemed to be annoyed and whatnot. I understand it was slightly busy, but it made me feel like a burden back.
