On my visit to Malone from Saint Albans, I visited this restaurant at 1:40, and the service was excellent. Everyone was nice a represented excellent customer service. The time it took to get my food out to me was really fast, I had not even sat down in my seat and my order was called out. Compared to the horrendous kfc/tacobell location in St. Albans VT in which the average wait time there is about 2 hours. I'm impressed
Popcorn chicken has returned! Hope it never goes away again.
Service is usually super slow through drive through. They always forget sauce even when reminded. And the worst part is KFC work on app for the location but taco bell does NOT. So annoying.

The value is fantastic, and it is honestly the cheapest place to go and get a full meal. The staff is always courteous, and the service is usually fast, though one location has slower service with a minimum of 15 minutes wait time and often missing items. The food can be hit or miss. The chicken seasoning tasted good, but one customer received thighs instead of chicken breast without being informed. The biscuits were a little hard and crusty from being kept in the hot box over two hours. The next day, the chicken meat tasted very salty, which is blamed on the main company. However, another customer had no problems in 40 years. Parking is right around the restaurant and not an issue unless super busy. It is kid-friendly with a great kids menu. Vegetarian options include beans, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and cheese dishes. Wheelchair accessibility is not a problem.
