If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my food, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I watched cars go through the drive-through that was 3/4 of the way to the road faster than I got my food. When we did finally get our food, it was cold. Last thing is that I ordered the big chicken sandwhich box and I got a regular sandwich with a regular fry....I double checked the receipt and that's what the cashier rang me up for when she clearly confirmed it was the box meal I wanted.

I've been in ones that have TVs and fireplaces but aside from that, it's got everything else that a Taco Bell needs. Pretty looking lounge area, clean store, precise and hard working employees that are attractive and outgoing but nothing that's remarkable about it as a Fast Food franchise. Outside area looks accommodating even in the Winter and pretty in the Summer. The drive thru area is convenient and I've never seen it packed with long waits. They gave expensive food and then still some of the cheapest food. They don't have nutrition labels because nobody believes anything bad would come from Taco Bell but are Wheelchair and family friendly and offer vegetarian meals. There's much special for kids, but even toys, but this is about food not play. And as far as that goes, there's over twenty items along with a make it your own way selection! Messy for, but healthy, filling, fast and cheap!

I went through the drive-thru the other day and ordered four soft-shelled taco supremes and large drink. What I got was four taco shells with 3/4 of an inch of ingredients in the bottom. So I had at least 3 inches of taco shell left to eat plain with nothing in it. In no way shape or form is this the Taco Bell that I used to know. Last trip there.

Food is great when it's not messed up. It's not really kid friendly for meal wise. The service is rough. You wait a while or sit there watching them talk then help you. They are not always friendly or smiling I have gotten attitude along with nasty facial expressions that I'm bothering their conversations.
Who ever heard of nachos not having olives?! I wasn't told, when I ordered at the register, that they didn't have olives. However, when I took my order from the counter and said 'i ordered extra olives and there isn't one on this' I was snapped at by the gal who handed me my order as well as a woman who was seated behind me, in uniform, but not clocked in yet "we fint have olives here, thats why!" I said the order taker might do well to mention that when people order them specifically. All the manager/shift leader, who ever she was, said was 'i can mention it when I clock in'. I'm fairly certain that didn't happen.As for the store itself, trash littered the floor in several areas, including dirty napkins, discarded receipts, straws still in wrappers as well as numerous empty straw wrappers.All said, this was the rudest crew I've dealt with in a long while and the single dirtiest fast food place on Main St.Not likely that I'll be back.
