Every time I get any type of chicken / french fries here they are always dry and hard. It's depressing. I just got one of the new potato bowls the other day, and everything was dry but the potatoes / cheese / bacon. Plus, the staff could be friendlier in my opinion, they seemed to be annoyed and whatnot. I understand it was slightly busy, but it made me feel like a burden back.

Did an online order. Stood inside for almost an hour watching them stand around. Not a single person was there. I waited so long just to see if they were going to make my order. I went up and said something. They then made my order. I live over an hour away, because I was just so upset that they could even apologize I wasn't even thinking to check the bag got home. Guess what..... they didn't give me my kids chicken nuggets. I called and called and called. No answer. I had to right the head office to get my money back

The counter service employees are good, friendly people. The exterior and interior is clean, plenty of seating. The soda fountain area was a wet. Always seems to be a problem over there. Disappointed no unsweetened ice tea anymore. Pot pies are delicious. Bathroom dingy needs deep cleaning.

I always use the drive through when I go there it is pretty tight and shared with Dunkin' Donuts you have to pay attention not to go on the wrong lane. Which I did once but I remember now. They made great usage of the tiny space they have. And the fast food cashier is super friendly.
