The food and drinks were really good, but our experience was let down by the service. Our waiter, Aiden, took our order and then mostly hung out at the bar, never checking on us again. It wasn't until we were finishing our meal that another waitress finally came to refill our waters. When we left, we handed our tip to the waitress who had helped us, only to find out she put it in what we assumed to be a communal tip jar. It feels unfair to those who are actually putting in...

I just wish Carson's would have a better beer menu.
It looks like corporate beer runs the show.
