All the 100 acre woods trails in Malta that are supposedly for public use have their parking lots closed with chains now. No where to park and a lot of people use those trails. Why close the parking lots? There is no snow yet and they never used to do that.

Laying off hundreds of employees only two weeks before Christmas. Global Foundries came into town promising huge job creations (while raking in tax cuts, shelters, and financial enticements from our local government) and instead they have only used a partial workforce from the surrounding communities and as of last week, those employees are all getting laid off. Global Foundries is not a friend to Families, and they definitely aren't a friend to the Capital Region!!
