My mom & I visited Saratoga Springs this weekend and I found in a Google search Carson's. The restaurant is located Malta, NY which was only around 15 mins away. Monday nights are trivia nights but if you're looking to participate, make sure you have a charged device because that's how they keep score of points. Great service! The owner and his wife were awesome! We were a walk in party of 10 on a Friday night, we didn't expect to get a table because the place was so packed. The owners wife made it happen! Thank you! Highly recommended the dining room overlooking the lake it amazing..
