Ordered a sandwich, food was great however very unfriendly service. Person that took the order visibly groaned after I placed it. Handed me the food with his back turned. Terrible etiquette. Won’t be coming back.

Our go-to place every time we visit Long Island. While their sandwiches are great, I’ve gotta say that their sausage is fantastic- it’s a toss up between the hot Italian or the fennel sausage, both are made in house. Wish I had a place like this near where I live in New Jersey.

Just had Vito's Meatloaf, and potatoes hot lunch. my staff, and I have eaten there weekly, but today deserved the review. Fantastic meal, and from an Irishman....lol Thanks guys.

I needed to call 5 times just to get through to place an order for pickup, including getting hung up on multiple times. That should have been my queue to order elsewhere but unfortunately ended up ordering here after giving my order to someone with an incredibly poor attitude. When I came to get my food, I walked in and was shockingly the only customer inside despite it being impossible to get through on the phone. No one was eager to assist, in fact it was almost an annoyance to them to have a customer that needed assistance. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 of which they messed up. The food itself wasn't bad, but if placing an order is going to be this much of a struggle and if my business is going to be an inconvenience to someone, then I'll go somewhere else.
