I had received a gift card for this restaurant as a Christmas gift and decided to dine out and use the gift card that night. Although I had reserved a table, the wait time was lenghty. The staff were very pleasant and we didn't mind the wait. We ordered the Salmon with capers. It was perfectly done and quite delectable. I would order it again. Thank you. It was a nice dining experience.

Here for a work happy hour. Pizza, calamari, eggplant and zucchini balls were delicious. Regular meatballs were not good, flavorless and dense. Overall good though!
Very good experience considering it was Valentine's Day. We had a tiny table in the middle of the room so not the most comfortable experience. Love the vibe of this place and the food is very good so we'll be back!

Food is ok. It's not bad it's not great, it's ok. Service however, that's always less than good. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's bad. I get dragged here for events at least once a year, and every time whoever I'm with always vows to never come back because the service gets worse and worse every time. Waiters who feel like the customer is never right and tell you that you didn't order something (when people next to you heard you order it( and instead of saying, no problem, let me just add that, they stand and argue with you and accuse you of lying. Appetizers and entrees will all arrive together as quickly as possible and they will hover over you to eat fast and leave. Items you didn't order get brought and the waiter will insist you ordered it, but the entire table sat and listened to the order and knows you didn't. It's one bad service issue after another and gets to be annoying when it's been about 3 or 4 years of a bad experience every single time. And it's not the food, it's the staff. It's almost a joke I have with my friend, "what are they going to do now". It sucks because it's one of the few cute places in the area but they need to do a better job in monitoring their wait staff and how they treat patrons.

This restaurant is a warm and inviting neighborhood spot. The service staff were great! We especially loved the positive vibes reflected in the women's room decor! My friends ordered the Branzino and were very happy with the meal although the sauce was very salty. I ordered the Bolognese and it was so - so. For me the best was the bread bean dip! Amazing!! And I love when a restaurant gets the Italian bread right!! Perfect. Good desserts.

Uva Rosso(red grape) is a nicely appointed restaurant with excellent service. The sound proofing in the ceiling is an added plus. The cocktails were well made. The food was well received.

The pasta was over cooked and unimpressive. We also felt rushed because the kitchen wanted the full order in ASAP, although we arrived on time for our 8:30pm reservation. It's not as though we showed up at the last minute without a reservation and asked for an accommodation.
My family has dined at Uva Rossa many times. Always delicious. This Christmas Eve did not disappoint. We each got a different dish and they were all amazing. I got the Chilean sea bass and it was beyond my expectations. Other dishes included scallops, baccala, and pasta. We all were very happy with our choices.
