This is my favorite Carvel. It's a large old fashioned looking Carvel with lots of tables outdoors and they have some great soft serve flavors that they change up regularly. I love the banana, coffee, mint chip, and pumpkin soft serve. They rotate these as well as other flavors. They also have various low-fat flavors. They also have a great collection of ice cream cakes. They also have great toppings. I really love the wild cherries, chocolate chips, and dinosaur cookies.

You won’t learn everyone’s name the first day - but keep coming back, it’s a friendly place and it could happen - always great customer service and friendly faces, whether your first or thousandth time (I plead the fifth).

Always love a good neighborhood spot, owned by a lovely man who lives locally, has kids in the local schools, and sponsors local kids sports. I can't compliment this establishment enough, love the clean appearance of the store, ample seating, a regular stop post school and sporting events.
It’s best to go into this location and not order online. When you do your online orders often, they don’t have what you’re ordering, but it does not make that clear online and instead of canceling your order they will just give you something else that you don’t want. This has happened to me so many times actually happened to me today. That is why I’m writing this review. I appreciate the sentiment, but I would rather just my order canceled because they don’t have what I want then to get something totally different that I don’t want and I just paid for it.

A wonderful experience, as always! Very friendly employees and Fernando always remembers us! Carvel is a staple in the area, and the service and quality shows exactly why this location has been open for as long as it has. If you are in the area (as a local or just coming through town for a visit), this should be toward the top of your list for ice cream, soft serve, and all of your favorite frozen dessert needs! You can also warm up with a wonderful hot cocoa as well (including peppermint hot cocoa) during the colder seasons to balance out temperatures. Luckily, it isn't freezing cold inside during the winter, so you can still be cozy while ordering and enjoying these treats (like we just did during December).
