Chef Antonio Restaurant

My wife and I two different chicken dinners. We started with a diner salad. We each had a different side dishes The entree portions were hardy. The friendly staff were most attentive. The only negative thing was on our bill. An fee was added on for using a credit card as payment. I already know that adding a fee for paying with a credit card in New York State is not allowed. I produced a letter from the New York State Department Of Consumer Protection that states this. I phoned them just to make sure that this law is still in effect and was told that it is. When I receive the credit card statement I will contact the credit card company and have the fee amount taken off my payment just like did with another restaurant last year.

What an amazing hidden gem in Westchester! Everything is made to order and it is clearly visible! I hate going out for Italian food and now I can finally enjoy delicious traditional meals! The staff and owners truly make you feel like family and the warmth is indescribable. Felt as if I was in my nonna’s house eating her food. Mario, Amelia- thank you for your hospitality and amazing food! Can’t wait to go back!

Wasn't blown away by the food, but it's certainly more affordable than most places in the area. Wait staff was friendly.

This is such a wonderful place.The owners are so sweet.The servers:Steve, Suzanne, Margret are terrific!!The food is always great!From the toasty bread and bread sticks to the complementary salad (Ohhhhh the salad dressing****add Gorgonzola--so yummy)Entrees are always fabulous!NO OTHER RESTAURANT makes broccoli rabe like Chef Antonio...NONE!! IT'S ALWAYS PERFECT!!!!!No wonder why this place has been around for 35 years!

They're always slow, workers are sometimes rude, they always mess up the order.

The people who work have a poor attitude

The food was very good however when it came to paying the bill they included a surcharge on the bull without informing me because i used my credit card. I had more than enough cash on me. I said something to the waiter and he totally ignored me. This is very unprofessional and a poor business decision. It is highly unlikely that i will return due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. I deserved an answer and an explanation as to why I was being charged. The restaurant is not inexpensive to begin with.
