Chipotle Mexican Grill

If you order online just know they will severely skimp you on food. Ordered tacos and it was basically only the hard shell no actual contents of a taco. Not to mention it is UNSANITARY with long strands of black hair found tangled up in my lettuce today!!! This is the second time I’ve found hair in my food from here. I should sue!! And I will if I get sick!

This location has a bunch of older latin ladies doing the cooking and serving food. This is the only chipotle that never fails to deliver. Havent had a bad meal here.

I’ve been there several times. The staffs works there looking like somebody are forcing them to be there. Never a “good morning” or even a “thank you”. First time I put on the account of a busy day, after that I just realized they are just terrible in a treatment. What made me come here to say those things was the last time when the lady just threw my food in the table as she was doing me a favor of packing my food to go. Honestly I need to think twice when I need to grab food there and put myself in that horrible service.
Ps: I feel relieved when I see that Joselin is who gonna do the service.

Do not go there, they give you baby portions of everything and when i tried to ask for more she charged me for double meat at the register. The lady serving me had a horrible attitude and it turns out she was the manager. She also spoke to the cashier in spanish about me so i wouldnt understand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Supervisor has a bad attitude and made a rude hand gesture/comment towards me. The other co-workers who were sitting at a table all started laughing. Very unprofessional and not to mention there was barely any food left with 2 more hours until closing.

If you are going to start putting food away and close 20 mins early at least lock the door or when someone walks in give them a heads up instead of ignoring them.

It’s hands down the best run franchise of Chipotle around these parts. It’s quick, the staff cares genuinely and it’s consistently good.

If the top of your salt shaker comes off and you dump an entire bottle of salt in the rice while cooking it, just make a new batch next time instead of selling it to people.

They “ran out of cups for water” and refused to give me a soda cup so I could get water for my daughter. Never heard of such a thing. Corporate please consider asking the staff here to let people get water.

The staff is very rude and unenthusiastic, and have no skill in rolling a Burrito (basic training)
I had to ask for each ingredient twice and then she sloppily rolled my burrito.

Everything fell on the floor as soon as wrapping was opened.

I asked for a replacement and they flatly refused.
