I think perhaps it’s time for new management at the Chipotle in Mamaroneck. All these bad reviews aside, I was there tonight, Tuesday, at 7 pm. The employees behind the counter nonchalantly informed the customers ahead of me (and then myself) that they were out of brown rice and guacamole. There was no “It’ll be out in two minutes” — it was simply “We’re out”. The gentleman ahead of me was so frustrated he told them “It’s 7 pm and soon you’ll only have soda to sell”. The customer before him was complaining to the Manager behind the counter about the same thing. Clearly this is a case of mismanagement and laziness. Going to a Mexican restaurant at the heart of dinner time and being told so matter-of-factly that they are indefinitely out of guacamole and rice is like going to an Italian restaurant and being told they’re out of pasta. Get it together people or this location will be going out of business sooner than you can say “we’re out of guac”.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options are available

Good food! Not sure why all the hate- most chipotles have weird off days, but this one was pretty solid.

Terrible. Restaurant was filthy, tables covered in food and garbage. The self service area was out of forks, spoons, knives, napkins, drink lids at 6:30pm on a Friday. Place run by teenagers serving teenagers. Chips stale, burrito sloppy and dripping in sauce just a soggy gross mess I threw away halfway through. Never going back, this place should be inspected by the health department.

I have been to this location a few times before my experience on Saturday, October 28th at about 5:00pm. There was 1 person working the food counter at the time of visit. The line had about 4 people including myself. My daughter ordered and wasn't being the fastest and the it was obvious that the male worker was losing patience. I did not know the name of a sauce I wanted to buy and he mumbled under his breathe "its not a spanish sauce, its a dressing". I understand that things get busy but if you are going to work at an establishment that is understaffed, you should have more patience. We have always dealt with pleasant people here in the past so this experience was disappointing to say the least.

I usually like the food, but today’s white rice was absolutely horrible. Undercooked and tasteless! They should have better quality control.
This place is horrible. I placed à order a total of three times with this location and each time they PURPOSELY left out my green sauce which I’m PAYING them to add on to my tacos! Sad part is there is no way to reach a human or even get someone the answer the phone. They’ll be out of business soon than

i keep coming here and it keeps on being great. i've already left a review for this place but there are so many low reviews that i figured i'd give another high one. to those complaining, consider the following; 1) if there is something wrong, let the staff know and they'll fix it to the best of their abilities, 2) either accept the problems of eating in a public restaurant where staff have to deal with tons of people every day or learn how to make your own food. it's a good store run by good staff. also, don't get a burrito with tons of sauces and nothing to hold it in and expect there to not be any problems.
