We were pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the food, because at our last visit, a few years ago, the food was just average. We had three different types of entrees, all of which were excellent. The services was also top-notch.

Seems this restaurant is trying to do more than it is good at. “Mexican, South American and Spanish influences” and sushi! The more standard Mexican fare was really good. The paella was terrible, tough seafood dumped on top of poorly flavored rice vs traditional paella. Service was very slow. No on came back once to check how we were doing. Had to ask to order. Drinks took forever. 20% gratuity auto added to bill for a small group.

Had a phenomenal time for early dinner here. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful ( Agusto in particular) was very attentive and accommodating as we were with three little ones. Will definitely be returning!

The place was ok. Food was mediocre. We had the Trifongo (pretty good) with Churrasco. They brought out a mofongo and replaced it with the requested Trifongo. My friend has the grilled shrimp. She only ate 1/2 of it…took most It home. The drinks were weak. The place itself was really cute, but it had that sour smell from the bar. Medicre experience at best

Let me start by saying the atmosphere is great, I love the decor. Food is delicious, great drinks and i enjoy the service. Great spot to enjoy with your couple or with friends. Definitely, I will be back.Parking: Very busy street, and it is somewhat difficult to find parking, but you will find one.

When you go in there no hostess so we were just standing there until the bartender came and asked us if we would like to be seated. The bartender was also the only waiter so he kept having to run to the bar and serve tables which was a bit annoying. Owners or manager not sure who they were, were more focused on a table who was there to plan a future party at the restaurant and kept checking to make sure they we being taken care of and had us sitting there passing by back and forth while we waited to place our order. We were two sec from leaving but then the waiter came and took our order. I got the Lomo Saltado which was a huge disappointment it was more like pepper steak it had no flavor of Lomo Saltado. White rice was a bit hard and tasted like it was day old rice. My partner had a bento box and her rice tasted the same, also her sushi rolls were drench in sauce that completely took away from the sushi. She also had empanadas that were super greasy and tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. Bills was over 100 dollar and it hurt my heart having to pay something that tasted bad. It was a nice atmosphere but i will definitely not be back.

Just had a fantastic Easter celebration with the family at Donjito. Their seared tuna special was absolutely delicious. Hard to choose which appetizer special to have so we went with the bacon wrapped scallops & the lobster bites. We’ll have the tuna tartare next time. As always, John, Bruno, Agusto, Marylou and the Brians spoiled us with top notch hospitality. Thank you Chef Benny for the delicious food.

It’s a cool atmosphere. The food is excellent. It’s well seasoned and presented very nicely. The waiter was nice and attentive. There is a good kid’s menu. My only suggestion is that they should serve some type of small appetizer like chips and salsa, bread or salad included in the price of the meal while you wait for the meal. It took about 45 minutes to come out. I would go again.

There is no better place to spend a great moment, whether with family, partner or friends. An incredible atmosphere and super good and fresh food. The variety they have of appetizers, entrees and good drinks is awesome as well. They almost always have live music and that makes a very pleasant time even more special.
