Whoever is working there today was very unkind. I asked him politely if he could make my latte extra hot multiple times and he kept ignoring me. And then he made my partners drink wrong which I didn’t even know until I brought it home. It was not busy as it was 4 pm on a Sunday. Just made me feel awful about spending my money there.

The staff there were horrible, when I got there one of the staff were on there phones and didn’t even acknowledge I was there until I actually had to say that I was there. I then proceeded to get a very burnt sausage egg and cheese croissant made by a än incompetent worker that was Also on there phones and only turned their best behavior on when the gm walked by. Will call the bbb and will never go to this location again- hope you shut down

Horrible waited over 10 minutes for my food. I was the first one in line. The lady in the cashier made a mistake. They need the wrong change back when I asked her recording about it, she just act like she didn’t understand what I said

Mamaroneck DD sux. I went there again tonight and they closed early (like 8:45pm) when it says they open until 9pm. Drove for 30 mins what a waste.

It always smell like stale moo water when I come inside this place. I live in mamk and I try to show support to the local businesses. I just can’t come to this one anymore. The guy behind the counter used to be nice, now he only speaks to a few people but not every customer who comes in. You are here to serve your customers, it’s not the other way around.

I tried giving this DD numerous shots at redeeming themselves. Unfortunately their coffee always tastes burnt. I always order an iced latte and it’s either the machine isn’t cleaned well or they are burning the coffee. Unfortunately if you order the snackin bacon that will be burnt as well.
