There is an extraordinarily rude employee currently working at this Dunkin. I have been going here since it opened years ago, but she has been so rude to me on three occasions I am at the point where I am not returning.

My wife (who is 9 months pregnant) ordered an iced latte. She took a sip, and immediately spit it out. It had spoiled milk, the worst smelling milk I’ve ever smelled. It was horrible. We were still inside the place when she tried it, so I brought it back to the counter. “My wife’s latte has spoiled milk, can we please have another one?” “What kind of milk do you want?” “Whole milk” “I just gave you whole milk” “Yeah. I want the same thing, just not spoiled this time.” “Ok.” I asked him if he wanted to smell it so he could see how spoiled it was, and he said no. He didn’t ONCE apologize, for giving a woman, who is 9 months pregnant, spoiled milk. I asked him if he thinks it’s too much to even say sorry, and he didn’t respond. 1pm, 4/19. If there’s someone who actually reads these that is in a management role, check the camera, and realize what kind of people you’re employing.

Visited this business on 12-30-23 to takeout, and was disappointed at the small size of the jelly donut I ordered, the small size of the blueberry muffin, and the small size of a plain bagel that I had ordered. Additionally, the bagel was not cut in half as requested and the blueberry muffin was all crumbled-up. On top of this, the service was super slow, especially since there were five workers and no other customer inside the store, and the demeanor of the employees was not very welcoming. This visit was a waste of time & money.
