For some reason I remember this place being better. I was just there and didn’t love it. It was hotter inside than outside. The whole ordering process was chaotic and there was also a language barrier. I am bilingual but watched some non Spanish speakers struggle. The hard ice cream was not good. We had the coffee and vanilla; It lacked creaminess and flavor. I do like that they have some exotic flavors and they are milk based or water based.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I went in with my two kids in there because Ralph’s was packed and they did not wanted to wait. As soon a I entered I saw the women that work there talking under their breath in Spanish which I think is very rude, when we asked what sizes I team they have, she just look at me with a smirky smile, too bad for them because I speak Spanish and I don’t look Spanish at all. Treat all your customers equally. The service was not good because they kept talking under their breath even when we were eating out bad taste ice cream. Please don’t go there. Ralph’s is infinitely better and the girls at Ralph’s are nice and polite. Ok Paleteria I guess is for their own crowd, if you know what I mean.
