Food was as mediocre as it gets, and they served me scallops with my sole francaise, which they never mentioned..... however I am deathly allergic to scallops, so they immediately removed it from the table and cooked me a new dinner, which was very kind. Unfortunately, since they most likely used the same egg wash and batter I broke out in hives about 45 minutes after my meal. Had to take Benadryl for 2 days to avoid an epi pen hit or going to the hospital for anaphalaxis..... all in all I am never eating here again......
First time here. The front room of the restaurant is too bright. Almost like a diner. We ate in the large back room that has heaters. Food was really good. House salad great. They brought out flounder francaise instead of shrimp but we ate it and it was delicious!
We had a great experience at Piccolo Mulino Italian Restaurant! Our waiter, Hugo, was incredibly friendly and attentive—he made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing meal from excellent service to delicious entrees. Best chicken parm we’ve ever had and pastas were outstanding. Cooked perfectly. Delicious sangria and house montelpuciano were excellent. Large portions and delightful ambiance with 11 tables in entire restaurant. We will be back !!!

Very good food. Shortage of staff due to call out. Pleasant environment but the tables are too small to fit the plates and sides and glasses easily.

It's a small restaurant with a mature following. Comfortable noise level which we could appreciate. The service was very slow & inattentive. In fact another diner made her displeasure be known before she left 😳 I ordered spaghetti & meatballs & it was flavourful & tasty. Well seasoned meatballs with al dente pasta. The sauce was perfect in my opinion. My husband ordered the chicken scapariello & was unimpressed. It was more like a marsala. We're not in any rush to go back. The prices were reasonable for Westchester though.
Ordinary food, only 4 people (counting us) dining. Not very festive. Staff was very solicitous.
I've been coming here for years and the food is great every time. I moved away but make sure to go here whenever I visit the area.

The place was a tiny narrow hole in the wall with poor service and very salty food which I had to send back. We will never return as it was awful. Even the Diet Coke was flat!
Could not have had a nicer dinner. Delicious fish and seafood. Homemade desserts. Attentive service.

Was happy to see Carlos back as a server We have been dining here for many years and he always greets us warmly. We can t not say the same thing about the owner who NEVER acknowledges loyal customers who eat there sometimes twice a month. All it takes is an hello to make you feel welcome. Hopefully Carlos will continue to be here he is the friendliness much needed!!
Great food quality and quantity. Great tastes, well prepared and presented. My first visit and will return soon.
I wanted to love it all, but I only loved our server. He was amazing and careful, thoughtful and sweet (I wish I remembered his name, but he kept calling us friends, if that helps!). He made our experience here far better than the food and atmosphere. Overall, the food was meh, the atmosphere was meh. Was pleasantly meh. I will give it another try on another night because again, I wanted to love it all! It was also empty at 8:15 on a Thursday, which was also weird…so one more redo will happen!

Picolo Mulino consistently delivers fresh, hot and delicious food in a friendly environment. The service is always attentive and courteous.
We dined at Piccolo Mulino for the first time. It was a charming experience and we felt very welcome. We were seated on the patio, which is attractively decorated. Our waiter was very pleasant and competent. We shared delicious eggplant rolletini for an appetizer. I ordered the tasty Piccolo Mulino salad for my main course and my dining partner chose one of the specials: a half lobster and seafood with linguine in fra diavolo sauce. Just the right level of piquancy. We shared three mini cannoli for dessert. All very yummy. We will definitely be back.
