Pizza Vitale Wood Fired Truck

We had Pizza Vitale cater our corporate event in the Hamptons (about 70 guests), and they were absolutely incredible! The pizza truck itself is adorable and brought such a great vibe to the event. Every pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — our guests couldn’t stop raving about it.

Francesco and his assistant were beyond professional and friendly; they made the whole experience smooth and fun from start to finish. You can really tell they care about quality and hospitality.

If you’re looking for authentic, delicious pizza and a team that makes your event feel special, Pizza Vitale is a 10/10. Highly recommend!

The most authentic Neapolitan pizza I’ve tasted in a very long time. The dough is light and airy and the sauce is fresh and not laid on thick (flour and tomatoes are imported from Campania!); and the mozzarella is handmade. This is nothing like the American stuff we get by the slice… and it’s better than the pies restaurants are serving. The price is high but oh, so worth it for a special treat. One suggestion: eat it hot or warm as it’s just not as good cold. Mille grazie, Francesco!

Francesco Vitale and his pizza truck catered our backyard party of 100 hungry guests over the weekend and the results were phenomenal. Each pie made to order came out quickly and cooked to perfection. You can taste the high quality ingredients used, but the dough is the star of the show. It's light and airy with a perfect amount of char.
I would recommend using Pizza Vitale for any event where you need to feed people something that everyone will enjoy!

Absolutely delicious wood fired pizza, we had the Margherita pizza at the Bronxville Farmers Market. The pizza dough was thin, crispy, with a hint of smoke prepared with a delicious tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella making for a great breakfast while shopping at the farmers market!

Awesome pizza and great experience hiring them for our kids birthday party - can't recommend enough!

We used Pizza Vitale to provide pizzas for our block party on 9/15.
Francesco and his team served over 100 delicious personal sized pizzas in the 3 hours of our event.
Despite the long lines to order, Francesco had the pizzas back in the hands of our residents in less than 4 minutes, which was amazing.
We have already booked Pizza Vitale for our Block Party next year.
