Francesco Vitale and his pizza truck catered our backyard party of 100 hungry guests over the weekend and the results were phenomenal. Each pie made to order came out quickly and cooked to perfection. You can taste the high quality ingredients used, but the dough is the star of the show. It's light and airy with a perfect amount of char.
I would recommend using Pizza Vitale for any event where you need to feed people something that everyone will enjoy!

I wish we could give them 10 stars. This pizza is DELISH! Seriously. Loved by adults and kids. we had the truck come to a party and everyone loved it. Francesco is lovely to work with and we cannot recommend Pizza Vitale Wood Fired Truck enough.

Absolutely delicious wood fired pizza, we had the Margherita pizza at the Bronxville Farmers Market. The pizza dough was thin, crispy, with a hint of smoke prepared with a delicious tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella making for a great breakfast while shopping at the farmers market!
