The most authentic Neapolitan pizza I’ve tasted in a very long time. The dough is light and airy and the sauce is fresh and not laid on thick (flour and tomatoes are imported from Campania!); and the mozzarella is handmade. This is nothing like the American stuff we get by the slice… and it’s better than the pies restaurants are serving. The price is high but oh, so worth it for a special treat. Francesco Vitale and his pizza truck catered our backyard party of 100 hungry guests over the weekend and the results were phenomenal. Each pie made to order came out quickly and cooked to perfection. You can taste the high quality ingredients used, but the dough is the star of the show. It's light and airy with a perfect amount of char.
I would recommend using Pizza Vitale for any event where you need to feed people something that everyone will enjoy!
