Online hours need to be updated. Hours say 10:30 online - doors locked and the girl shouts through the door we are closed at 10. It was 9:50. Obviously not the workers fault that online is wrong but the two employees we encountered were nothing but rude. One employee said “well online lied to you.” Not very professional.

This rating is for the management/owners. I visited this ice cream shop on April 19th, which was a very warm and busy evening. There was only ONE employee in the entire shop working at a furious pace to meet the needs of a long and unending line of customers. She looked exhausted, but managed to maintain polite customer service despite the unreasonable circumstances she was working under. How could she take a break? How could she go to the bathroom? She had to work the register and serve the ice cream entirely on her own, including making complicated sundaes for multiple customers.
Eventually I left because the line was too long and I couldnt bear to watch her endure these unfair working conditions any longer with no assistance or support. I have put up with my fair share of difficult jobs, but put in her position, I would have told everyone the shop was closed and gone home rather than work myself to the bone for management that doesn't value me enough to put proper relief plans in place or step in themselves. Such a shame.

i swear to god there was once a ten year old behind the counter with no supervision and he SKIMPED on my large vanilla soft serve that was a small at best

We usually go to the Ralph’s location in Yonkers and the ice cream is delicious and the service is great. Went to the mamaroneck location and the staff is extremely inexperienced and not well trained in customer service. Our orders were rushed, and when they messed up on an order, I was questioned and further asked if I would like to pay for them to give us the correct order! Unprofessional and crème ice didn’t taste very good.

Order 2 quarts of different Creme Ice to go and the flavors were delicious and the same quality as I had at other locations however the portions were very disappointing. When I got home one quart container was only 3/4 full and the other a little more than 2/3 full. They did not pack the containers and although it melted slightly it should not have evaporated to these volumes. If you order pints or bigger make sure you check how much are in the containers before leaving the store. Very disappointed.

I always come to Ralph’s and today I was like let me go a little later than usual. On google it says they close at midnight. Well, I just arrived at 10:40 PM and the two woman workers have the door closed and it’s not even 11PM. Just staring from the inside with an attitude. It’s not 11PM yet, I can’t believe they are closed. I’m so disappointed after driving and wasting gas for nothing, there’s nothing like this place around here. Highly disappointed, the time needs to be updated because you guys clearly don’t close at midnight nor 11PM, so what time is it? This is outrageous

I was visiting a park a few blocks away and had in mind to visit this place. Let me start by saying they have so many flavor choices you're overwhelmed by it but that's a good problem. They have, ices, Gelato,sundaes,ice cream and more. Staff is pretty friendly and let you have as many samples as you want.they have indoor and outdoor seating. I decided to try the Caribbean splash and it didn't disappoint. Place is pretty popular they had a pretty steady stream of customers. So if you in the area definitely stop by worth visiting. You can get here by train aswell via metro north.
