My favorite place in Westchester for sushi! I’ve been coming here for years and so have many of my family members because they always do a great job with the food and service! I refuse to eat sushi anywhere else in Westchester 🍣

On Friday the 10th of October. We booked a reservation for 5 the next day at 2pm at the hibachi table. Upon arrival. We confirmed our reservation with host. They checked if our station was ready. The host circled back shortly and explained to us there are guests still there. The wait time will be an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Bit taken back by that response. As I had family traveled over an hour from Connecticut. We sat in at the bar and awaited for our table. As I was catching up with family. I kept on being interrupted by the host and staff with apologies and asking if we wish to sit at the station? Quite ironic. When we were told the station was occupied. Overall. It didn’t feel like 15 minutes catching up with family. We sat our station and enjoyed the food. Reasonably priced for a party of 5. In the future. They need to get their logistics and social queues in order. Thanks

Beautiful restaurant with tons of seating. Extensive menu. Tried fried rice, Indian pancakes, veg gyoza, veg spring rolls, edamame. The Indian pancakes are light as a feather and the sauce is extra spicy but we love that. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service could have been a little faster and I never complain about service. But our food was made fresh and came out exactly as ordered. Will be back.
This has to be the worse restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is so poor from the bartender to the manager. The young man who is the bartender is disrespectful and just straight up rude, unprofessional and should not be in customer service, he was aggressive and had a violent behavior. Literally told me "You should order from your dinner table and not here", amongst other rude dialogs, argued aggressively like he was on the street corner with me in front of other customers and my party. When I reported this to the manager she shrugged it off like it did not matter. All this happened in front of my young child btw, Hibachi chef got my order wrong and insisted I did not order what I did. Food was substandard and taste less. Overall this is a place I would not advise anyone visit. If I could leave a bad review once per hr I would, thats how pissed I am with my experience. Red plum does not care about improving , you guys care about a positive image you don't have, I dont believe you will strive to do better, I dont care how busy you were or what time it was, we also waited at least an hour for our table to be ready WITH a reservation btw. That’s how horrible this place is. Stay away, rest assured the 10 people I was with will also leave bad reviews then maybe you will begin to take your customers seriously. ABSOULE CRAP.

Horrible service
Red Plum offers exceptional service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The sushi is fresh and flavorful, and the hibachi is expertly prepared with a delightful blend of tastes and textures. It's a great spot for a satisfying meal and top-notch service.
Parking: Not easy to find a spot then I have to pay.

I hope I never go back to this place, worst service I've ever had in my life, I was there with my dog, I asked if I could sit outside, the waitress with a rude attitude told me take the table, 25 minutes and she never took my order, when I arrived there were only 2 tables, people continued coming and sitting outside, she took everyone's order except mine, she gave refills of water to everyone except me, I had to ask her to please take my order, I felt the racism she had, when she brought my food she almost threw it on the table only one person who was in casual clothes was nice and offered me water for my dog, the sushi was delicious, shame about the service Sherry should be kind to everyone regardless of race, because in the end customers are just going to consume and the service should be kind to everyone.

I'm sad to say that one of my favorite places is finally going cheap on ingredients. For 8 years this has been one of my favorite places. The last few times I noticed the quality of the food is not there. Actually It dropped off significantly.
They are not what they use to be. I don't think I'll be coming back to this place for sushi

I love this restaurant and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately they do not update their menu and there are way too many "sweet" items on the menu. Please change it up a bit! Not everyone wants sweet mains.

Great pricing on their spirits! Enjoyed a Hennessy XO neat at a reasonable price. The sushi was fresh and good. The service was also friendly and helpful. A little confusing because there were multiple people taking our order. They did forget my age tofu and I had to remind them, but it came out quickly and was delicious
The best lunch specials available in terms of quality, taste, portions, pricing, and overall presentation plus selection! If you're looking for a great spot to meet with friends that caters to a group of people- highly recommend! There are also a selection of healthy options which is also terrific!
