Fantastic experience at Salsa Fresca. Fresh ingredients and helpful and friendly staff. Great atmosphere as well. Agreed with previous poster, feels like an improved Chipotle. Also free chips and salsa is a nice perk!

Service are terrible! People barely understand english! Expecting the customers to adjust on their own language! I left while ordering! While the lady behind the counter who understand english doesn’t help! She goes “Do not put your hand inside” i was like..Hello!! I am trying to point it out coz she doesn’t understand what i’m trying to say! & shaking her head! Duh?! Like help her! Don’t tryna teach me a lesson while i’m freaking ordering coz i’m also trying to do my best to be patience!!
That is not how you handled customer service! People needs to be kind coz they don’t know what people are going through! Terrible place! Not coming back! Not worth the money! People who works there making you feel that they don’t wanna be there! Find some other job ladies!

Food was great, the staff wasn't that social but kind with the portions. The dining room need a good cleaning but didn't stop me from enjoying my bowl.

The treatment of customers is terrible, I have seen how they treat the food delivery people in a very indifferent way, especially a girl who looks like she is the oldest in the group, she lacks a lot of professionalism. Personally, I prefer an environment where I, as a customer, are treated with respect

Asked for the roasted veg option and they gave me the oil and onions at the bottom of where the tray the vegetables were supposed to be. They could have told me they ran out. A lot of the ingredients looked like they had been sitting on the line too long.

This place sells very bad food! We ordered some chicken tacos and the chicken was like it was cooked a week ago! Spent all those money for rotten food! Very bad good quality! I hope myself and my kids don’t get sick from the chicken!

The food quality is really poor and the portion sizes for what they charge are small. The chicken tastes like the premade stuff you can buy at the store. Every ingredient was the cheapest you can find of a Sysco truck. The rice tastes like microwaveable pouches. There really isn’t much taste. Presentation was nice? Hard to find anything good to say.

Every time I order from them through a meal delivery service, they get my order wrong. I'm allergic to cheese and say no cheese. They put cheese on my meal. I ask for guacamole, they leave it off but still charge me for it. Tonight I ordered a burrito with extra cilantro lime tofu which is an extra 5 dollars. They ran out of tofu, didn't contact me, made the burrito without it, but you better believe I STILL GOT CHARGED. Save yourself the aggravation and order from literally anywhere else. You'd think in a chain where their whole deal is customizing your meal, they would get this right. But not at this location! I don't know who they have working there, but I know they aren't capable of making a simple burrito, or picking up a phone to tell you when they're out of what you ordered. I wouldn't be so mad if it wasn't EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Shame on me for continuing to order from them. Not anymore!

Good food.

Not happy to give anyone a 2 star review, but the service was extremely upsetting. The girl who took my order seemed as if she did not want to be there. She caught an attitude when I asked for more peppers since I don’t eat meat. Long story short, I preferred to ask the guy who charged me, to give me a side of chipotle aioli. I didn’t even bother to order any guac in order not to inconvenience the female worker. Situations like this upset me because in the end, like every other business, there is an owner who is striving to have a successful business. Hope this feedback helps.
