We used to come here reasonably often, food and beer are good, but the service is headed downhill and tonight might have done it for us...after waiting 30 minutes for a table for a group of 4, another group of 4 walked in who loudly noted that they had made a reservation 10 minutes prior to walking in and was sat right away. When we asked the hostess we were told they made a reservation :10 ago (so while we were sitting there waiting a reservation was made for the immediate time) - perhaps we could have done the same while we waited? We walked out.A restaurant that doesn’t allow call ahead shouldn’t allow people to make reservations :10 before they arrive when there is a wait …what’s the point!?

I NEVER write bad reviews but the to-go service here is unacceptable. Not once, but twice was my order wrong and did not realize until I was home. I had to drive back on two separate occasions and get my correct order. The first time it happened, the manager said he would credit my order. Never happened. The second time it happened the owner basically shrugged me off. Clearly they do not care about customer service. Will not be returning.

Joined a crowd of friends during Happy Hour to celebrate a birthday. Brandon's service is exemplary, he goes above and beyond! I tried the Hangover burger offered at a 25% discount during Happy Hour. Made with Wagyu beef and a fried egg, (and other stuff) it was really tasty. I don't usually eat much or any of the bun, but I use it to handle the burger. This time I had to take it off because they put the caramelized onions on the bun bottom which made it all soggy. Still delicious! They also have a very impressive selection of beer and specialty cocktails!

My first visit to Sedona tap house last night. I went with a group of friends. I am a vegetarian and scanned the menu before going. Hardly any vegetarian options are offered. I settled for the Beet and goat cheese salad. It consisted mainly of greens with a very, very limited amount of beets, NOpecans and about 4 smallpieces of goat cheese! A huge disappointment!!!! Can’t see myself returning.We had decent service, the place is nicely decorated - but it fell far short for me and left a subpar impression on my first and most likely last visit.
