Try and order a simple drink and they F it up every time! One of the many reasons after the money on this account is gone I will close the app and say goodbye. The food is subpar they stop making it on premises years ago and it’s gone downhill for years.

Girl who took my order correctly but didn't taste like I wanted it so without hesitation she offered to make me a new one that met my needs much better! And she did it all with a smile. Very pleasant!!

I went to get my frozen coffee this morning and there was a huge line which is understandable for a Sunday morning. I get up to the window and they take my card and give me a drink. They gave me a DINE IN frozen coffee that was French vanilla with cream 🤢. This is not the first time this has happened. Employees need to pay better attention to the order. I was not about to go wait another 20 minutes in line or inside for my drink.

Wanted to stop in and get breakfast and donuts. I wanted to choose what donut I wanted. Sign on door said order online. Walked out and went across the street to McDonald's. So did alot of other people. Lost alot of business.

I come to this Dunkin almost every morning while I’m on my way to work. I never had issues with customer service that the team has to provide.
Well, around 12pm on Saturday 27th, the drive-thu was down and not working, which it’s okay because I didn’t have an issue with that.
A nice lady ordered what I wanted, which she was really nice. However, the lady who handed me my order told me to have a nice day in a very rude and snotty way after throwing my food on the pick up counter. She did not even give me what I asked for. I wanted a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I didn’t get bacon. I got a sausage instead. It’s like that this lady didn’t care about her job and I felt like a nuisance just for wanting breakfast before I get to work.
This is why I did not rate even one star on this review, because I can’t have sausage.
Everyone else working there seems really nice, except for that lady who rudely tossed my food on the pick-up counter.

My daughter and I went in for an afternoon snack after school. We ordered a 10-piece order of mini jelly donuts, a chocolate chip muffin, the black pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant, a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, and I tried their Vanilla Sprinkle Donut iced latte, which was absolutely fantastic! The service was friendly and quick. The dining room was empty, so my daughter and I were able to fully enjoy ourselves without bothering anyone. It was near 5:00 p.m., and one of the employees asked us if we wanted FREE donuts so he did not have to waste so much. We received a six pack of free donuts of our choosing, and it absolutely made my 10-year-old's day. I highly recommend this Dunkin for their service alone, whether you get free donuts or not.
Dietary restrictions: There are some products that individuals with gluten intolerance or dairy intolerance can eat, including hash browns, and they have non-dairy alternatives for their drinks.
Parking: There are several spots in the front of the parking lot, approximately 9-10, and there are a dozen on the side.
