I schedule a large order 2 weeks ahead of time, and this location lost the order. I called other locations to make sure it wasn't my mistake - it was not. You messed it up, and lost any future chance at a larger order.

Since Canandaigua's remodel, not very friendly or inviting to go inside... generally ignored as you watch all the worker bustle around and abviously hard at work but no one acknowledging your presence. A bit of a disappointment.

Absolutely love it here.. possibly more than my local Dunkin.. but shhhhh lol. Always the right order and always right on time. It is understandable if you would have to wait for a little bit to get your order because they are literally right off the exit from the thruway and they can be very busy so just be kind and patient with them.
3.9 stars is not accurate, let’s be real. This is a 5 star DD all the way around. I know this because I’ve been to virtually every DD from Rochester to NYC to OC. The food, the people, and the speed here are unmatched! This is THE BEST Dunkin around, by far, and I drive miles out of my way to make it here!

I go almost every morning, if not I’ll try to go to my favorite location in palmyra. Since this location almost NEVER gets ur order correct. Management should look into better training methods :)
Cashier was very rude to me. She was informed that they had no sourdough didn’t even pay attention to the fact that one of her coworkers told her that I hadn’t told her that because I heard her coworker say that and all they said very nicely was you know that’s something you should find out before you come up to the register what you have and she goes well we’re not gonna sell, moldy sourdough snottily and then when I started to say I understand that, but you didn’t need to be so rude about it she walked away from me and then when I called to speak to a manager, she refused to allow me to talk to a manager said there was not one available today. I am very disappointed. This happened in the store quite a bit.

I didn't even want to give this a 1 star! Horrible service! My husband and I stopped in for coffee and doughnuts on Oct 4th. I went in to order. It was pretty quiet except for the drive through which was not that busy. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes!! There were 2 workers who both saw me and not one came to assist me. They were in deep chit-chat what seemed to be over a receipt debate being the boy who also disregarded my presence by turning his back on me was holding several receipts. The girl working the drive through window came out to collect orders for the drive through and not once did she say a word!! She could have said " I'll be with you in a moment, thank you for your patience ". Not even looking at me! Nothing!! There was not one customer inside!!! After standing there for 15 minutes. I finally left! I will NEVER go back again!! I have worked in management for years and this experience was disgusting! The lack of professionalism is quite disturbing!

It's a shame when you order a dought that's known all over the world, and someone tells you that barvarian and Boston are the same. It's not ,and I get doughnuts in bag looks like a diaper.cant get my money back.if your charging those prices it should be nice.
