I come to this Dunkin almost every morning while I’m on my way to work. I never had issues with customer service that the team has to provide.

Well, around 12pm on Saturday 27th, the drive-thu was down and not working, which it’s okay because I didn’t have an issue with that.

A nice lady ordered what I wanted, which she was really nice. However, the lady who handed me my order told me to have a nice day in a very rude and snotty way...
