OK, so I come in for breakfast. I look over the menu and decide on the breakfast club. 1 egg, choice of meat, bacon, lettuce, tomato on bread. $8.50. She comes over to take my order, and I ask for double bacon. She says well it comes with bacon and choice of meat, and stumbles with her wording to basically say, that means sausage, and that if I wanted double bacon that would be an upcharge. I chuckled and said watever sausage then. I get the sandwich, which was meh, but the sausage was a bland slab of....whatever, which I tried but removed cause it was gross. Then the bill comes and she charged me 2.50 for the sausage. I mean, are you freakin kidding me? So, you want to play stupid games? you got a bad tip. I mean, what the.....

I went there last night for a hot turkey sandwich. I lifted the bread, there was one slice of deli meat for $10.99 I just got up and left. Who in there right mind would serve that. All I knew I was not paying $10.99 for one slice of deli meat on bread. I’ll never go there again

We stop by in the morning, going to Niagara Falls. Very surprise. Inside, so perfectly decent. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Food served fast, hot, and tasty. Highly recommend. Excellent. And only 3 minutes from the highway.

We were very excited to try this place after hearing so many good things from friends who have been there. We walked in and took a look around then sat at a table. We looked the menu over and were ready to order. The waitress was finishing up with some cleaning. We figured she would be over once she was done but then another couple walked in about five minutes after us and were greeted right away and had drinks brought right over. Looks like a great place and they have a nice menu. But it didn’t feel like a very welcoming environment. So we decided to leave without ordering and go somewhere else.

Jack's Kitchen is a great small town hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The food and service were great! Prices good too! After a long drive on interstate 90, seeing only fast food, we were glad to find this place.

The low reviews about bland food are correct. I got hot buffalo wings and they were essentially 90% butter, 10% hot sause and I'm not exaggerating. Made me feel sick. Asked for crispy, got mostly soggy. I should of trusted my gut to turn around when I walked in and saw not a single soul during dining hours, 6:30pm.

We randomly stopped at Jack’s for breakfast this morning and it was delicious!! Our waitresses were super, food came out quick, and Jack even offered tv entertainment for our 3 grandchildren. We’ll be back!
