Customer service is terrible! You should probably train people on that a bit more. The drive thru (she was a young girl) didn't give me a receipt hence why I'm here, They forgot my sons drink & no silverware which i had to go back for & the same girl seemed to have an issue. DO BETTER!

Absolutely terrible service. Everytime we make the mistake of ordering from this KFC, the order is wrong. You don’t get half of what you ordered and the other half is wrong. This explains why they work fast food service and that will be it for life.

Came here as a 2nd choice because Marks Pizza was closed (at 9pm 🤦🏼♂️)
They are open until 10pm but we’re already shutting stuff down.
After about a 10 minute wait to place my order because the guy at the register had to make the food for the order in front of me I finally ordered.
As I am telling him what I want he interrupted me 3 times.
I got 3 piece strips, large mashed & a large soda.
Well……tenders were lukewarm warm at best, potatoes were cold & I had to wait for him to make gravy that ended up being nothing more than brown flavored water!
Never again!
If I could give this place negative stars I would!!

Chicken nuggets were like rubber. Nashville hot famous bowl was absolutely horrendous. Basically a pile of mush sitting in an inch of grease. Pics poor quality.

Women with the checkered shirt was very nice and welcoming. We did a pick up order at around 9:30. She dropped food on accident and let us know that she had to remake it which made us happy bc who doesn't want fresh apple bites. Wonderful staff they have now.
