Bad customer service, didn’t recieve my entire order and waited over a half hour for my partial order that was placed well in advance- with one other person in the entire restaurant. Would not recommend wasting your time going here, spend the extra time and go to a different location if you want KFC.

It was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Plus the atmosphere was super cute with a very festive Christmas decor setup. Hats off to the wonderful staff who made it all possible. Highly recommend.

I have been to this specific location with several towns with nothing but disappointment ! The staff are no friendly at all in fact they never even say hello at the window even when i greeted them and don't even think of asking them a question ! On top of that they are usually out of something drive the 15 minuets to Canandaigua you'll be better off.

Purchased 8 chicken wraps this evening for my wife and I. Once my order was ready the girl felt necessary to ask “what are you going to do with 8 wraps?” and I responded by saying they are for my wife and I. She laughed and said “Yea okay” and chuckles (like she assumes I will eat them all myself being that I am a bigger guy). There were other customers in the store while she made the remark and I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Will never be going back.

Ordered sandwich, asked for more Mayo. Overweight black manager woman said they didn’t have Mayo packets, and prevented a more helpful young male worker from getting me any. When I then asked for ketchup, same manager claimed they were all out. Honestly I don’t believe her. She refused to give me her name, but I took her picture. I agree with other posters here that she should be fired.

Nice little place for the weary travellers. Much like the original gas station and food service colonel sanders used to run. I’m very much impressed by the frying technique of this kitchen. I wish there are more authentic KFC locations like this. Staff forgot a couple items in the box, but very friendly and make it up for you once being told. People make mistakes, but it’s how you respond when it happened counts. Highly recommended!

They ran out of extra crispy so part of the order had to be original recipe. It had obviously been in the warmer quite a while and not fresh. Most of the tables needed to be cleaned when we got there. Someone did clean tables after we sat down. The bathrooms were out of order also.

Do not deserve the one star that I gave them. Open till 9 but doors are locked by 8:15. Hopefully corporate will see this and fire all management and employees responsible for this as they are stealing from the company by getting paid for doing absolutely nothing. Yet another bad reveiw for this location.

If you enjoy Kentucky fried chicken, I suggest you find another Kentucky fried chicken to give your business to. I have been to this location a few times when passing through Manchester NY. Not once have they got my order right. usually just missing a dipping sauce napkins . No big deal. But this time. I ordered the $20.00 box meal. So my girlfriend gets home and I asked where is my box meal she says they don't use the box anymore they just put it in a bag and the chicken in a bucket. Now he wasn't told that they were out of the boxes she was told Kentucky fried chicken has stopped using the box. I thought that's strange they just came out with this recently and already they've changed it. They still have commercials running using the box. They have posters in the window of this very same Kentucky fried chicken showing the box advertising it. So I picked up the phone and called several other Kentucky fried chicken businesses and ask them if they have the $20 box meal and do they still use the box they all responded yes they have the box $20 box meal and they do still use the box. So now I know not only are they incompetent, but they're also liars at the Kentucky fried chicken in Manchester NY. I wonder if the owner knows this or is he just too cheap to buy the boxes and figures he can save a few bucks by just using a bucket and bags. I would really hate to know what else there's skimping on? I know I won't be eating there again. Well my girlfriend was upset enough to call Kentucky fried chicken customer service and got nowhere with them. She was told she would have to go back to that store where she bought the food and see what they would do for her. Well that store is about 15 miles one way from us so going back isn't really a very good option. So what is the point of Customer service if they can't do anything except tell you to go back to the store that you bought your food at to see what they will do for you maybe if they got rid of all the people working at their customer service. They could lower their prices or maybe offer better service by paying their employees more and getting a better quality of personnel. Oh by the way they held true to their performance from every other time we have been there no napkins, no dipping sauce no gravy with the mashed potatoes which we paid for. So if you plan on going to Kentucky Fried chicken, I would suggest finding another NOT the one in Manchester NY. Like I said, not only are they incompetent, but they are liars and that's much worse then being incompetent. Here's an update my girlfriend went back and explained what was wrong with our order and the female employee that waited on her agreed to refund the money for the box, meal, and mashed potatoes, all the while, smiling and laughing at her. Just so you know that we're not kidding about the incompetence of this place. My girlfriend gets outside looked at the receipt and sees that they forgot to refund the mashed potatoes to the tune of $4.99 plus tax so she has to go back in And get that money. The employee says to her ma'am you should understand that accidents do happen, and that people do make mistakes. This Kentucky fried chicken seems to make a lot of mistakes and asks for a lot of forgiveness and understanding when it comes to those mistakes and doing their job properly. We all realize that people make mistakes but lying to customers about that mistake is unforgivable and laughing at the customer for bringing that mistake to their attention is even worse. The owner should have a talk with his or her employees on Customer service and relations because without us customers, we have no need for you employees. I wonder how the owner will feel after reading this and knowing that not only the two of us will never be back but a lot of people we know will never come there not to mention the people that read this. Because there's another Kentucky fried chicken, just a couple of miles away in Canandaigua that has employees that do care.

Can I ask a simple question how hard is it to work in fast food? I have never been to a place where the employees are so lazy and just simply no work ethic. People plead they need 15-16 and even 17 an hour well this is a poor excuse for it. Highly recommend cooking at home rather than coming

I put in an online order and when almost to the store at my expected arrival time I get a phone call from kfc telling me they are sorry but they are unable to fill my order? Is this a communication block between kfc- app and store or was this a personal store issue. Either way order should not go through if supplies are not available! Poor customer service.
