I think people fail to realize that this location is understaffed and the baristas are trying the best they can. The barista Sunday morning was so kind and even apologized for the delay. She was the only one there and handled it wonderfully, while juggling a whole line by herself. Please be glad these people even come to work. People nowadays are really impatient and it’s important to be patient and be nice towards fast foods/retail workers. Treat people with kindness ◡̈
It's a convenient location on the way to the highways from my house. There is sometimes a line, but I use the Starbucks app to mobile order and I don't have to wait. The drinks are well made, the partners are mostly friendly, and parking is never a problem (I'm looking at you, Starbucks, Manhasset). It's not a great place for lounging as the space is limited and the flow of Macy's customers through the store does not lend itself to a casual, relaxed atmosphere....
