Lovely pre fixe menu for restaurant week! Always has lovely wine and the food is great. I recommend the escargot!
The tuna tartare, escargot and gazpacho were delicious, we had the hangar steak and branzino and also very good food. The service was great, we didn't feel rushed and if you get there early enough for happy hour, the wine flights are definitely a great way to start.
We were greeted warmly, and every staff member who interacted with us was friendly and efficient. At the time we went, the restaurant had many people enjoying drinks and/or dinner, so the noise level was high--but in good spirits. Our meal was good French bistro fare--the burger was rare; the moules were fresh and tasty. The 18 wines on the menu for dinner were well chosen and remarkably inexpensive. We were most impressed with the cordiality of all the staff.
Fun spot. Service was really good. Bathroom clean.
Tables small, guessing like you’d have in France.
Note this is a trendy French place, not a classic French place. All about wine and cheese and less on formal dining. There’s loud music and the ambiance is bustling.
super cool
The atmosphere was too loud to hold a decent conversation without yelling and the tables are too small. The ratatouille was really good, but the other dishes lacked flavor overall. Our server was extremely nice along with the rest of the staff. Overall not a bad experience.
Went there recently with my mom and the food was delicious. I got the duck confit (8/10) and my mom had the mussels (10/10!!). Overall the service was great and I’d definitely eat there again 😋
Used to frequent this French bistro back in the mid 2010s. After all these years I’m glad to see it’s still thriving
We had an absolutely perfect dining experience. The service, the vibe, the drinks, and every dish (appetizers - dessert) was impeccable!
Amelie is a neighborhood favorite of mine. It's been a charming spot for many years now and never disappoints. Good for wine flights, an interesting menu, and lovely ambiance. A real gem. Always A+, nice spot for both business and personal meals. If you can get an outside table it is especially wonderful.

I loved Amelie, it has a very Parisian vibe and it transported me to a cafe in Paris within moments of entering. I absolutely loved the food and the staff are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
Been here so many times and the owner is so nice and cool!! Also great food, delicious cocktails and nice atmosphere especially sitting outside. Will go back again soon.
Happy hour was awesome. Choice of several wine flights and cocktails, and an interesting app menu. Dinners were great as well. It does have a limited menu, but better to do a small menu really well. The flan was good.

Food and wine is incredible, service was terrible. I rarely call out bad service, but this was memorable.
Our waiter was very aloof. While ordering our meal he interrupted to ask if it was for us (still unsure what he meant lol). Then later while still waiting for our meals he came and asked if we wanted dessert. Another staff member nearly elbowed my friend in the face while refilling water and didn’t even notice. The table next to us even leaned over to complain about our waiter too, enough for jaded New Yorkers to talk to strangers to make sure it wasn’t just them.
That being said, the food is incredible. Wish the service was better.
