Ordered a Large Regular Coffee, got a Large Iced Coffee. I politely explained what I wanted 3 times, reclarifying I don't want an iced coffee. The staff didn't understand my clear and musical Canadian accent.
Threw it in the garbage and walked out. This is the first and last time I ever go to a Dunkin.

Went in to this Dunkin for a cup of coffee. The coffee was so watered down, it was like drinking coffee tea. I know they want to make money, but what are they brewing 1/2 the coffee per pot, to stick it to their customers? You may think that your making twice the money by brewing such THIN coffee, but what you're doing is making sure that customers never go to your store again. I don't need a cup of hot milk / 1/2 and 1/2 with VERY watered down coffee.
