great food. They have the spice and the subtlety. The chai was appropriately spicy, and the mango chutney chunky. I love when I have to take out a small cardamom pod piece from the mustang curry. Chicken melts in mouth.
I had an amazing experience at Taste from Everest! The chicken momo was perfectly steamed, bursting with flavor, and the chicken chawmin was a delightful blend of textures and spices. The Changra chops were incredibly tender and seasoned just right. The staff was very friendly and making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Himalayan cuisine!
I’ve loved their Jhol Momos for a long time, but on my last visit, they didn’t taste as good as they used to — a notch saltier than before. The Chowmein also wasn’t as good as the previous times (though it’s never been outstanding which is expected as we are not in South Asia). If you’re deciding between the momos and chowmein, I’d recommend the momos, as they’re less likely to disappoint. The place is moderately spacious, and I’ve never had to wait for a table....
