Terrible service. Hand out wrong orders all the time. Can’t make anything properly and when I ask the employees to remake it there is always attitude from employees.

Stopped at the Dunkin on Manlius Center Road and ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. The egg and cheese were ice cold. Not like it sat out and got to room temperature, but more like our of fridge, put on warm bagel and given to me.

This dunkin used to be so good and consistent. I am not sure whats has happened in the last 8 or 9 months but my order is always screwed up. My coffee is either too light too dark, too much sugar or not enough. My wraps are either burned or rock hard. I walked in the other day and an employee some young women was cursing. Ugh.

very dirty and not cleaned!!! It used to be the best place to hang out with family. Now I can't go there. The tables are dirty, there's trash everywhere! I'll use Starbucks...
Food and drink was great I got the ham and cheese sliders with a orange creamsicle doughnut and a hot chocolate the only thing that I had a problem with was the table wasn’t clean that I sat at but that’s the only thing was wrong
