I had never been to a yoga class before-and i decided to try one. I went with my sister and mom and let’s just say we had the BEST time. The teacher was incredibly kind and worked through the movements with us. It was relaxing, fun and we had a good laugh too. You will definitely see me again! Highly recommend!
I’ve love the energy of this studio. A friend mentioned it and knowing nothing of yoga I tried a class. They have a wonderful introductory “new to Vyana” unlimited one month plan. It was less expensive than buying three drop in classes so I thought “why not”. Now I am hooked.I have tried almost all the teachers classes and I can’t tell which I like best.
