Better Burger LI – Major Disappointment Where do I even begin? I paid for the Deluxe BBQ Package for 59 people, and what was delivered was beyond disappointing. They showed up with two tiny electric grills that could barely fit four burgers at a time — and those same small grills were used to cook everything: burgers, sausage, steak (which was hard as a rock and completely inedible), and chicken. There were long lines of guests just standing there waiting for food. Many ended up walking away because it was taking so long. They provided only one small tray of salad, which ran out in the first 20 minutes — with no refills, no backup, and no dressing (they claimed it was already “on it”). What really frustrated me was the lack of transparency. The company’s website shows a large professional grill under the Deluxe Package — that’s NOT what they bring. When I questioned it afterward, they pointed to a line on the invoice that said “electrical outlets needed.” I assumed that was for warming trays or fries — not for cooking everything on a tiny portable Blackstone-style grill. I truly regret not sending them away and just ordering trays of food myself. I paid a lot of money for gross food, poor service, and an embarrassing experience for my guests. On a positive note, we also had the Crepes and Pizza station at the party — and their food was absolutely delicious. If you’re planning an event, skip Better Burger LI and go with someone who delivers what they promise.

I had the pleasure of utilizing Kevin's services this past weekend for an event at our house and all i can say is the most professional, reliable, quality company you will find to cater your event...hamburgers, hot dogs, berry salad, grilled cheese topped off with dessert crepes ,Kevin and his crew are the best!! will without question use them whenever and so should you!!! Love the outdoor seating and the food was really fresh and juicy. Really liked the milkshake too. I believe the gentleman there was speaking impaired just a FYI and he was super friendly. I will be back for sure!

Good vibe and a place that you should check

1/5 tots, insanely salty. 1/5 wings, tasted like they were air fried. 4/5 milkshake is pretty good. 2/5 Burger, I could grill better. and the price for everything was pretty high for the quality. The mcdonalds across the street has way better everything for cheaper

Quiet spot you wouldn't think cool let's do this but YOU SHOULD! Our cook was informative, sweet and easy one the eyes(lol),. He is a young man who clearly understands what's happening with the business. Service was timely food was great!!! Absolutely loved the TOTS!

I’d avoid anything except the burgers and fries. The burger patties are under seasoned but cooked well, fries are fine.The wings were tiny and shriveled, almost no meat. Honestly have never bought such disappointing, overpriced wings. Not a fan of the “tots,” they were just balls of shredded potato barely cooked on the outside. Not crispy at all.
