They have an interesting variety of flavors, such as pumpkin (which I was pleasantly surprised to see offered outside of autumn), maple walnut, and grasshopper pie. Their ice cream cones have wonderful flavors (e.g., M&M, rice krispies), or you can also get a cup. They were a bit slow when we were here, but the staff were super friendly and polite.

I use to say this was my new favorite place to get ice cream but I just got back and my grasshopper ice cream and my daughters vanilla bean taste like I bought it from king kullen . Taste old not creamy at all and not fresh. Did not enjoy it at all . They definitely did something different to the ice cream.sorry to say but they lost me as a customer and ice cream is my favorite thing to eat.

My fiancé and I have been to this location a few times since they opened (it's seriously dangerous having it so close to home) and we love it! They have a wide variety of flavors and their waffle cones are so fresh and delicious. Staff is super friendly and prices are very reasonable, we are definitely repeat customers!

There was one customer and four employees. There is absolutely no reason why I should have had to have waited for so long to be helped. The ice cream is too cold. You literally cannot discern the flavors because it all just tastes “cold.” I ordered “chocolate peanut butter cup” and it tasted more like chocolate than anything else. Three ice creams were $19. We regularly go to a place in Mastic where our order is about $11- and their ice cream puts this place to sbame. Baskin Robins is also better. I hate that you can’t see the ice cream on display. There seems to be no reliability on flavors. I watched a lady order for her family and request four flavors she was ready to order. They had none in stock. I hate that. I need to know if I fall in love with a flavor I can go back all the time for that flavor. Luckily, I fell in love with nothing. This was my second and final attempt here.

Been here a few times and have yet to be impressed. They never seem to have lids and when they do, they don’t fit properly or the staff doesn’t put them on correctly, resulting in a shake/ice cream spilling in my car. Tonight we ordered 3 milkshakes and they were all just basically melted ice cream. Not to mention that they didn’t have any cup holders and again, the lids were not put on properly and two of the shakes spilled when I tried to carry them due to the lids popping off as soon as you grab the cup. Very disappointed and not worth calling or going back because there only ever seems to be high schoolers working and no adult managing/supervising. And I have to agree with another reviewer…$22 for 3 shakes is quite pricey, especially when the end product is nothing more than melted ice cream mixed with milk in a cup…I NEVER write reviews for places, especially negative ones because I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but more than three strikes…it’s an out for us on this establishment.

On the website it said they had no sugar added moose tracks among other no sugar added flavors. Got there and only butter pecan on the board. Very disappointed that type 2 wasn't represented better when vegan which is 4 times smaller population has 5 flavors. They should stop misrepresenting the assortment of flavors and be honest. I traveled almost 10 miles looking forward to some real ice cream. I got to watch the rest of my family enjoy dessert.

Holy smokes! If I wanted to eat peanut butter from the jar, I could have just done that at home. I ordered a 3 scoop hard ice cream sundae (through door dash). My order came in a pint container that was not even half way filled with just globs of topping on it. I can't even say they gave me one scoop of ice cream. I had to add ice cream that was already in my freezer to the cup to try to equal out the overwhelming amount of topping. I ate some and still could refill the cup again with ice cream and have a normal sundae. I don't know what they charge at the store, as door dash increases the price on items, but this pint of glob costed over $11!! Outrageous! My husband got a malted. We were charged over $9 for that and again, the cup was ridiculously small for the price. The ice cream wasn't anything extraordinary either. We won't be back here. There are much better places that are closer to us. I never thought I would ever write a poor review about ice cream, but here we are.
