My last visit to Wendy’s was great! The service was fast and friendly. I had a small issue with my order, but the manager quickly stepped in and took care of it with professionalism and a great attitude. I really appreciated the way it was handled. Definitely a positive experience!

2 weeks ago was the worst experience of any wendys on li, ( i see in the reviews im not the only one) I feel so bad tonight the girl i explained it to was apologetic for what i couldnt get and sweet and gave me exactly what I needed. I was still frustrated from my last experience but she was sweet.. drive thru 7/16 9pm

Honestly, rudest experience ive ever had in my entire life. I don't eat fast food a lot but when I do its wendys. Every single time my bf and I get a biggie bag with cheese fries instead of regular, or a baked potato. Girl literally laughed and was like we can't do that. I said I get it literally every week She laughed again and said we'll im literally here everyday, no tf you cant. Also used to work at 3 different locations. Needs to lose her attitude and learn the menu. 6/24/25. Around 530.
The bathroom was gross and had zero toilet paper or paper towels. All but one employee were on their phones with earphones in.

November 27th 9pm, went through drive through and ordered some food, I drive home 15min away, and I realize I’m missing my fries, so I go back and the manager on duty at this time was the most disrespectful person I have ever met, very rude and very aggressive person, was screaming at me she made the order and she did not give me the items I was missing. Will never come back here
